How This Started

Twenty years in construction taught us how to work. But it also taught us what was missing. We watched crews move from site to site, their skills getting sharper but their opportunities staying the same. We saw people who wanted to grow but had nowhere to do it safely, without pressure, without being treated like a number.

So we decided to build something different. Artillery Ridge Services started because we wanted to create our own opportunity, and because we knew there were others out there with the same hunger. We wanted a place where people could actually develop their skills. Where they could test what they were capable of. Where the company resources existed not just to get the job done, but to help people become better at what they do.

That's what we built in Lawton. A company rooted in authenticity. Locally owned. Locally operated. Staffed by people who are here because they chose to be, and who have the tools and room to grow.
